Request for Bid

Per Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue's corporate bylaws, our agency announces a bid request for the following project:

Concrete coating for apparatus bay floors at two Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue stations:​​

(Area approximately 80ft x 100ft)

7525 Middle Valley Road

Hixson, TN 37343

(Area approximately 50ft x 50ft)

Project to include:

• Preparation of current surface to ensure proper adhesion of new coating material.

• Application of epoxy coating with traction additive.

  • This epoxy coating must be resistant to oil and other automotive fluids as well as resistant to any damage from tires or heat.

• Painting of apparatus guidelines on bay floors.

• Cleanup of all materials and workspace.​

Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured providing all supporting documentation with bid.
