Chief

Dallas Bay's first full-time paid Fire Chief, Chief Fritts is responsible for the overall operations of our department.

Chief Fritts has over 30 years of service with Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue.

Timothy Waldo 

Deputy Chief

Chief Waldo is second in command of the department, filling in when Chief Fritts is unavailable. He is also responsible for department logistics including fleet and facilities management.

Assistant Chief

EMS

Chief Geeslin is responsible for overseeing our Emergency Medical Services division. He maintains the department's compliance with all applicable state laws and department customer service standards.

Grant Clark

Fire Prevention and Public Relations

Chief Clark leads the Fire Prevention Division and oversees the Public Engagement Initiative, strengthening relationships with the community we are honored to serve. He also serves as the department’s Public Information Officer, acting as a liaison to partner agencies, the media, and the public.

Greg Smith

Assistant Chief

Training Division

Chief Smith is responsible for the oversight of our training division. He leads a team that maintains compliance with all State mandated training as well as training our personnel on the latest firefighting techniques.
