Personal information provided during the donation process—such as your name, address, phone number, and statement number—is retained in accordance with the Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue Records Retention Policy. This information does not include any payment data. 

 

Access to your personal information is strictly limited to credentialed personnel on a need-to-know basis. All data is protected using Multi-Factor Authentication and other security measures to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
