Course Spring 2025
Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue Training and EMS Divisions will be hosting an Emergency Medical Responder Course this Summer.

This course will run from April 8th, 2025 - May 24th, 2025. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm-10pm. There are three required Saturday class sessions: April 19, May 3, and May 17.

The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) course prepares the student to provide nationally recognized certified emergency care for patients of all ages with a variety of medical conditions and traumatic injuries in the pre-hospital setting.

Learn hands-on medical skills, interventions and applications of emergency medical equipment. This course will prepare you for Tennessee EMR and National Registry licensure. There will be active classroom and lab activities.

Ambulance clinical rotation is required to complete the course.

Cost: $50 per student. Student must purchase textbook before course.
*NREMT testing fees are not included in cost of course.
