At just after 8pm, Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue was dispatched to a reported water emergency near the Hidden Harbor community in the area of Grey Bluff.
Water Operations personnel responded to the scene on the Chickamauga Reservoir with parties on scene stating a male party had gone under the water and never resurfaced. Division personnel assisted multiple other agencies in locating the missing party and dive teams worked to recover the teen shortly before midnight.
No further information will be release by DBFD. All requests for information should be directed to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
