Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue’s Board of Directors and Officers would like to take a moment to congratulate Probationary Firefighter Mason Lillard on the award of the 2024-25 Charles "Scobey" Newman EMS Scholarship.

This scholarship is awarded by the BPOE Chattanooga Elks Lodge #91 honoring the life of Paramedic Charles “Scobey” Newman. Our personnel had the honor of serving alongside Scobey for countless years and learning from his example of exceptional patient care and bedside manner.
